If you are a natural person

Please fill in the redemption form located on this website to register your redemption claim. Membrane Finance is required to collect all the information presented to sufficiently identify you, the electronic money tokens you hold, the source of funds, the control of the relevant blockchain accounts, and the control of the target bank account. All fields marked with an asterisk in the redemption form are required. You must not be a permanent resident or a citizen of a High-Risk State as defined in the Membrane Finance Country Risk Policy to be able to redeem Membrane-issued EMTs.
